CES-PES-01 CLIMATE DISASTER AND DISASTER RISK REDUCTION

Description

Climate disasters such as floods, cyclones, droughts, and heatwaves have become increasingly frequent and severe due to global climate change. This CES-PES-01 project report examines the causes, effects, and management strategies for climate-related disasters. It focuses on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) techniques, community preparedness, and policy measures aimed at minimizing loss of life and property.

The study provides an in-depth analysis of disaster management frameworks, early warning systems, and the role of education and awareness in mitigating risks.
